Development and validation of a novel bias network design method for a class <scp>AB PA</scp>

In this paper, the impact of bias networks on a radio frequency (RF) power amplifier (PA) is analyzed and discussed comprehensively. Both different sizes positions microstrip line circuit have been studied for broadband class AB PA. simulations measurements show that performance PA can be greatly improved with adjustment by effecting harmonic impedance whole matching circuit. Compared existing works, fabricated based proposed technique provides best performance, thereby demonstrating effectiveness developed optimization method.
